Article Processing Charge

 

 

All articles published in Al-Noor Journal of Engineering Management and Computer Science (NJEMCS) are published in full open access. In order to provide free access to readers, and to cover the costs of copyediting, typesetting, long-term archiving, and journal management, an Article Processing Charge (APC) applies to papers accepted after peer review. The Article Processing Charge is 150 USD for international authors, and 100,000 IQD for authors inside Iraq. Apart NJEMCS from these Article Process Charges, there are no other fees (for example submission charges, page charges, or color charges). APCs is not refundable once the article is published online. 

The Article Processing Charge (APC) can be paid via:

1- Money Transfer via Asia Zain Cash in IQ Dinars (IQD) at the number (+9647732020420) for authors residing inside IRAQ
2. Western Union in US Dollars (USD) for authors residing outside Iraq to the following address:

• Authors pay APC via Western Union need to provide the following information:
  Sender's name, Address, Sender's city and country, Amount to pick up

Waiver Policy Statement

The journal waiver policy statement is:

• No Article Processing Charges (APCs) required for papers whose corresponding authors are based in low and lower-middle income countries according to the World Bank Country classification by Income level.
• Waivers may be granted at the publisher's discretion and must be discussed with the editorial office when the article is submitted. Editorial decision-making is separated from authors' ability to pay processing fees.
